What data do we collect? 

Secure Cannabis Alliance collects the following data:

You directly provide Secure Cannabis Alliance with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you: 

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services. 
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email. 
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies. 

How will we use your data? 

Secure Cannabis Alliance collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data? 

Secure Cannabis Alliance securely stores your data at our servers located in Ireland and our security measures are taken based on Article 32 of GDPR

  • ensuring the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services; 
  • maintaining ability to restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident; 
  • maintain a process for regularly testing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures for ensuring the security of the processing. 

Although we have implemented reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Identification Information based on above principles. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below. 

Secure Cannabis Alliance will keep your Personal Identification Information for three years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data permanently.  

Marketing 

Secure Cannabis Alliance would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. 

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. 

You have the right at any time to stop Secure Cannabis Alliance from contacting you for marketing purposes.
